Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.221 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34, 354(B) of the IPC.

From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the court below has directly rejected the bail application of the petitioners with a direction to the petitioners to approach directly before the learned Jurisdictional Court and seek for regular bail. The learned Jurisdictional Court without being prejudiced from the observations made hereinabove, shall have the liberty to pass order on its own merit keeping in view the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73935 of 2024(2) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 observations and guidelines of the Hon'ble Apex Court contained in Arnesh Kumar vs State of Bihar & Anr. [AIR 2014 SC 2756].

With the above mentioned observation in impugned order this court is of the similar view direct the petitioner to approach before the learned jurisdictional court seeking regular bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 221 of 2024 pending before the Court of Learned ACJM-1st Class, Madhubani. 5.

In that view of the matter, the present application is disposed of.
