JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, petitioners were caught while they were trying to replace the number plate of a motorcycle, which was stolen motorcycle.

However, submission on behalf of the petitioners is that the petitioners were caught by the police only on the basis of suspicion and, as a matter of fact, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners. Moreover,

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Gaya / concerned court in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 210/2019.
