The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 416 of 2018, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is stated that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. From his possession, the police are said to have recovered 94 litres of Nepali Kasturi wine.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has falsely been implicated in this case for the ulterior reason. He further submits that if the petitioner is again implicated in similar type of offence, the Court may consider cancellation of his bail, if allowed in the present case.
