JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 150 litres of liquor from the vehicle of the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered in this case. Further, they have no criminal antecedent and have remained in judicial custody for more than two months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise, Judge, Gaya, in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018.

It is made clear that if the petitioners again found involved in any of the like offences, in future, prosecution will be free to move for cancellation of their bail bonds (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) sunilkumar/- U T
