2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 401, 411, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has been found involved in stealing of motorcycles.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71361 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge, V-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Samastipur in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 352 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Pusa Police Station on the first and last Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
