2. According to the Rule 6 (1) of the constitution of the Managing Committee of Madarsa Rules, 2022, the tenure of the approved Managing Committee (after approval by the Board) shall be of three years. The Managing Committee

Patna High Court CWJC No.17741 of 2022(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 constituted properly and approved by the Board shall not be dissolved before its tenure. A new Managing Committee shall be constituted after every three years.

3. Considering the fact that Managing Committee was constituted on 30.06.2020 and was dissolved in accordance with Rule 6(1) of the constitution of the Managing Committee of Madarsa Rules, 2022, the present writ application becomes infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
