The petitioner seeks regular bail in Piro P.S. Case No. 212/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that one magazine and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that seizure list is dated 16.06.2018 at 5.25 a.m. and the informant mentioned in the written report the date of occurrence 16.06.2018 at 5.45 a.m. Petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67875 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Piro P.S.
