Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belhar (Kheshar) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 31.08.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
