The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No. 245/2018, instituted for offences under Sections 392, 412 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is not named in the written report.

As per written report, while the informant was returning after withdrawing money from the bank, three miscreants arrived on motorcycle and snatched the plastic bag from the informant, in which Rs. 1 lac was kept. The local people claimed to identify the miscreants as Satyendra Koiri, Raghu Chouhan and Chhotu Ram.

No.68978 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Raghu Chouhan stating that the alleged motorcycle belongs to this petitioner. It is further submitted that the alleged motorcycle is not registered in the name of this petitioner rather the same belongs to three accused persons.

Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IInd, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 245/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
