JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused of Muraliganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the Annexure-2 series, it transpires that there is case and counter case due to land dispute.

Having regard to the peculiar facts and circumstances that there is land dispute and case and counter case and nature of injury as per report of doctor, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, named above, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18334 of 2017 (3) dt.22-05-2017 2/2 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Muraliganj P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend all cooperation in the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the evidence or the witnesses.
