Learned Spl. PP, Ms. Usha Kumari No. 1, submits that the case is of the year 2024. It is next submitted that the case was taken up on 25-2-2026 by a learned Co-ordinate Bench and on the said date also no one appeared on behalf of the appellant and the learned Co-ordinate Bench directed for removing the defects as pointed out by the office within a period of two weeks from 25-22026. It is further submitted that till date defect has not been removed which amply demonstrates that appellant has lost interest in the case. 3.

Considering the submission made by learned Spl. PP, the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.
