Having regard to the fact that the petitioner is having an alternative and effective remedy of filing an appeal against the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer (Respondent No. 3) herein before the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Bettiah, West Champaran (Respondent No. 2).

3. The present writ petition is disposed of granting

Patna High Court CWJC No.16609 of 2025(2) dt.11-11-2025 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today. On such appeal being filed, the authority shall entertain the same and after duly putting all the parties on notice giving them an opportunity of hearing and pass a reasoned order.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
