2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Arms License Case No. 01 of 2022 by which the District Magistrate has rejected the application of the petitioner for grant of arms license.

3. The petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring an appeal before the Commissioner concerned.

4. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commissioner concerned by filing an appeal within the next thirty days and if such an appeal is filed by the petitioner before the commissioner then the same shall be disposed of by the commissioner on merits.
