Petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No.138 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. Nothing incriminating has been recovered. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion and remanded in this case.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2018 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,
