The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.3349 of 2013 registered under Sections 498(A), 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of torturing the complainant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry of Rs. one lakh.

Submission is that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he, having criminal antecedent, is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18653 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 3349 of 2013, Trial No. 1712 of 2017.
