2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of "G.N.M. Grade-A Nurse" on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was appointed as G.N.M. Grade-A Nurse after verification of all her certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70701 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already been removed from the services. Petitioner is a lady and claims clean antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already been removed from the service, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jamui in connection with Gidhaur P. S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
