The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No.30 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that while the informant had gone to cut the grass she found that some accused persons including the petitioner were plucking the cane and when she protested, one Raushan and Nikhil assaulted her by iron rod and while she was going to make complaints about the same some accused persons including the petitioner came variously arms and assaulted her Dewear and he succumbed to the injuries.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68563 of 2018(2) dt.03-12-2018 2/2 Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody since 6.2.2018 and one of the co-accused Arbidn Singh who is said to have assaulted by Khanti has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 25.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58527/18.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. VII, Danapur in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S.Case No.30 of 2018.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
