This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act, 2003.

Allegation is that some other candidate appeared in the examination for the petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that cheating by impersonation is bailable offence and no other allegation is made out against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees
