JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2020 Modification application has been filed to modify order dated 24.7.2019, passed by this Court in Cr.Mis.No. 22077 of 2019 by which the petitioner and five other accused persons have been granted the privilege of pre-arrest bail, on the ground that the name of his father has wrongly been mentioned as Nathuni Mian in place of Rojdin Mian in the cause title of the said order and so was unable to furnish bail bonds within the stipulated time indicated in the said order.

Let the name of father of this petitioner be read as Rojdin Mian in place of Nathuni Mian.

Period of surrender of this petitioner and to furnish the bail bonds is further extended by six weeks from today. Order dated 24.7.2019 is modified to the extent indicated above.

Modification application stands disposed of.
