2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 308, 448, 504 and 506/34of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. The Investigating Officer is directed to ensure that due process of law and guidelines laid in the judgment titles as Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar (2014) 8 SCC passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court, will be followed in the event of the arrest of the petitioner if so required in accordance with law and as per rules, by the investigating agency. The court below also directed the compliance of the judgment title Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar (2014) 8 SCC in the event of the arrest of the petitioner.
