JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 343 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the informant, who is the driver of Maruti Swift D'zire Car of his brother and one Bipin Singh had hired the car for his friends for going to Shekhpura. F.I.R. further shows that on the point of gun, the accused persons taken away the car, Aadhar Card, mobile and cash of the informant. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and having no criminal antecedents and he is in judicial custody since 29.06.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68047 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 bail of the petitioner stating that license and car has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and apart from that he has confessed his guilt.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
