1. At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.04.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.8095 of 2019, the District Programme Officer, Establishment, Jamui, has already examined the claim of the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary from October, 2015 to August, 2017 and a sum of Rs.4,28,479/- has been credited in the State Bank of India account of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.4032 of 2019(3) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
