Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 436 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the victim in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly stated that petitioner did not commit anything wrong with her. The matter is of love affair. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75530 of 2023(2) dt.01-12-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.
