====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 504 and 307/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 30.06.2019 at about 7.00, accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the informant causing shoulder injury. The petitioner assaulted the informant with Khanti causing head and shoulder injuries. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 01.07.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due. There is no

Free fight is alleged to have taken place between the parties. Both parties are agates. Due to petty reason, occurrence is said to have taken place.

On behalf of the learned counsel for the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Jamui, in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2019.
