JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners are languishing in custody for offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are parents of the husband of the deceased.

There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Due to non-fulfilment of same the victim met with dowry death.

Submission of the petitionera is that husband is already in custody and allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
