Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 116 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Taking note of this fact that petitioner participated in the alleged crime by holding the waist of the deceased, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
