The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.422 of 2017 registered under Sections 379 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail in a case of theft and cheating.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected. In case, the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail the same shall be considered on its own merits without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
