The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 29.09.2022, whereby P.S.name. is wrongly typed as "Darbhanga" instead of "Darbhanga Mahila".

In view of the submission above, this application is allowed. The order dated 29.09.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3077 of 2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioners shall surrender before learned 1st Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POA) Act, Darbhanga in connection with Darbhanga Mahila P.S. Case No. 21/2020, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
