Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR is against unknown.

Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Umesh Sahni. Similarly, situated co-accused Sujeet Kumar Sharma has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15257 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class,
