Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Informant has alleged that during vehicle checking three persons were apprehended on a Scarpio and on checking arms were recovered from their possession. Seven live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner is the driver of the vehicle, nothing was recovered from his possession.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68252 of 2018(2) dt.29-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 527 of 2018.
