JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-12-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukaha (Lalmaniya) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of IPC. As per F.I.R. allegation against this petitioner and other accused persons of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It further appears that she is still trace-less.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case, due to enmity as two criminal cases have been lodged by the petitioner's side. As a matter of fact, the informant has kept the girl in Nepal and lodged a false and concocted case against him. Further submission is that petitioner has selected in C.I.S.F. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64126 of 2019(3) dt.10-12-2019 2/2 for bail on the ground that witnesses during the investigation have also supported the allegation of kidnapping minor girl and the minor girl is still trace-less.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
