JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 70 litres of country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 16.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68551 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 260 of 2018.
