The petitioner seeks bail in Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 366A, 341 and 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has levelled specific allegation against co-accused Tabarul Khan of kidnapping his minor daughter.

The victim girl has appeared and given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that she had gone to the house of her Mausi in Delhi. Mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner by the informant in the written report.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.70742 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran (Bettiah) in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 163 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Ali/- U T
