JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, State and Mr. Delip Kumar Singh, counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 354, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he took Rs. 15,000/- from the purse of mother of the informant. There is no allegation that he has assaulted or caused injury to the victim. Having regard to the facts and circumstances stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20063 of 2017 (2) dt.01-06-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
