Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Excise Act. Huge quantity of liquor was recovered from the outer house of this petitioner in the year 2011. Co-accused Shailendra Kumar Singh has already been allowed provisional bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.03.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6706 of 2013. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/successor Court in connection with
