The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c) of NDPS Act.
Prosecution case relates to recovery of 220 gram Ganja, two mobile and Nepali currency of Rs. 390/- from the pocket of the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The seizure list is manipulated by the police as the police party had took petitioner's signature on blank paper and later on the same was manufactured as seizure list. The recovered quantity of 220 gram Ganja comes below the small

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Raxaul P.S.
