Mr. Amresh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the reliefs sought for by the petitioner in the instant writ petition have been granted by the respondent authorities but without interest for delay in making payment. He, therefore, submits that this writ petition may be closed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for payment of interest to the petitioner for delayed payment.

3. In view of the submissions made above, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with a liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for payment of interest on delayed payment.

4. The concerned respondent authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the representation that may be filed by the petitioner within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of such representation.
