The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 8.9.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36327 of 2015 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 137 of 2010 pending in the Court of the learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari to the extent that the said order has not yet been communicated to the learned Court below. The nature of prayer does not require any modification.

This Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter as the modification sought for is misconceived since it has been filed after more than four years of the order being passed. However,
