The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No.78 of 2015, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Laxman Kumar, as detailed in para 30 of the case diary. Further submission is that informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again, but petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. while he is in custody since 07.12.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20087 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
