The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of Parvesh Kumar. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
