Patna High Court MJC No.1193 of 2017 (3) dt.03-01-2018 the petitioner was indisposed on 01.03.2017 and, thus, he could not appear before the Court when the matter was called out. Considering the submissions made above, on the facts and in the circumstances of the case, the application is allowed.
Let C.W.J.C. No.7274 of 2014 be restored to its original file.
