2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

"for quashing of the order dated 11.12.2024 passed in BLT Case No. 629/2024 by Hon'ble the chairman Bihar Land Tribunal whereby it has

Patna High Court CWJC No.17075 of 2025(2) dt.13-11-2025 2/3 admitted the case filed against the rejection order, passed in Cancellation of Jamabandi Revision case, (Though wrongly nomenclature) by Divisional Commissioner, Bhagalpur, holding that against the order under challenged before it passed by the Additional Collector in Jamabandi Sudhar Appeal, preferred by the petitioner, therein, there was no any provision of Revision before the Commissioner and also on the ground that if the petitioner was treating it as cancellation of Jamabandi then the revisional Jurisdiction can be exercised only against the order of the Collector, which was not the subject matter before the Commissioner."

3. At the outset, learned counsel representing the State has pointed out that the B.L.T. Case No. 629 of 2024 is still pending before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna and the order dated 05.08.2025 which is under challenge and the order dated 11.12.2024 which is under challenge. In that case, merely the Bihar Land Tribunal has admitted the matter and the successive order sheet would show that the last hearing was taken place on 17.09.2025.

4. As case has been preferred by the respondent no.8, Manindra Kumar Singh, the petitioner is one of the opposite party in the said case, ample opportunity will be there for him to put forward his point. Instead, he has rushed to the High Court.

5. This Court is of the opinion that the petitioner should put forward all his point before the Bihar Land Tribunal Patna and it is expected that an order will come at an earliest.

6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
