Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Beur P.S.Case No.201/19 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 363/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act..

As per FIR, thee is allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be subhead of the victim girl that he has kidnapped the victim girl, who happens to be his wife and also there is allegation of demand.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the victim girl has herself appeared and later on stated in her statement recorded under Semitone 164 Cr.P.C. that due to

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-III, Patna in connection with Beur P.S.Case No.201 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
