Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 38/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by accused, who was apprehended on the spot and, therefore, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to him.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Further, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner.
