2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No. 1900 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner prays for bail in which his bail bonds has been cancelled. In a case of misuse of bail, the petitioner is in jail since 09.08.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submitted that the trial is on the verge of conclusion and if the petitioner is granted bail he will again delay the trial. The petitioner is also accused in number of other cases. The petitioner has surrendered only after the attachment was done.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial is directed to be concluded at the earliest.

8. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail if the trial is delayed by the prosecution.
