The petitioner seeks bail in C.B. Case No. 38 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section-30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

As per allegation, 4 and 1⁄2 kg Bhang is said to have been recovered from the Chowki in front of this petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 30-03-2017. In such circumstances, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with C.B. Case No. 38 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City subject to condition that both the bailors
