The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 30(b) and 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced in this case only on the basis of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68639 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 confession of the co-accused. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 09.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.
