2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 310 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 96, 76, 308 of the B.N.S. and Sections 8, 9, 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, on 10.07.2024, the informant's daughter went to her college from his house but she did not return home till evening. During search, informant got information that his daughter used to talk to Locan Kumar and Anup Kumar.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73842 of 2024(2) dt.09-12-2024 2/2 that the named accused, Anup Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 26.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 66713 of 2024. The case of the petitioner is on better footing as he is not named in the F.I.R.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cumSpecial Exclusive Judge (POCSO), Civil Court, Aurangabad in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 310 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
