JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. The petitioner is aggrieved by grant of anticipatory bail to Opposite Party No. 2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Vaishali, at Hajipur, by an order, dated 04.01.2017, passed in ABP No. 08 of 2017, arising out of Bidupur Police Station Case No. 345 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

This application has been filed for cancellation of bail so granted to the said Opposite Party No. 2. Upon perusal of the First Information Report, I

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25407 of 2017 (2) dt.20-06-2017 2/2 find that the discretion exercised by the learned Sessions Judge while granting Opposite Party No. 2 privilege of anticipatory bail cannot be said to be completely erroneous, requiring this Court's interference by cancelling the bail so granted.

This application has no merit, which is accordingly dismissed.
