2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner along with others induced the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. The victim girl has not said anything against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. 1st Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Sessions Trial No. 308/2023 arising out of Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 257/2023.
